12 March 2024 - QCOSS & Courier Mail Cost of Living Debate
Recently our Ashgrove Meals on Wheels committee member, and Queensland Meals on Wheels board member Matt, attended the Queensland Council of Social Service (QCOSS) and Courier Mail’s cost of living debate with Premier Steven Miles and Opposition Leader David Crisafulli.
Like many, our organisation is experiencing significant increases in food costs, and so this forum was a welcome platform for us to advocate for Government support to assist organisations like ourselves to continue delivering vital services at an affordable cost.

15 February 2024 - New kitchen Aid!
Ashgrove Meals on Wheels is very fortunate to have the generous support of Ashgrove/The Gap Lions Club. The Lions recently donated funds to enable us to purchase a new KitchenAid mixer for the kitchen. This wonderful organisation continually supports us in so many ways and we are extremely indebted to them.
